Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Provisions
1.1. This policy regulates the “Cancellation and Return” conditions, user rights and responsibilities applicable to physical product purchases and digital subscription services (“Subscription”) made through edverd.com (“Site”).
1.2. You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the provisions of this policy on the date you register as a party to the shopping and subscription agreements on the site or make a purchase.
1.3. In physical product sales, the 14-day right of withdrawal within the scope of the Distance Selling Contract Provisions and the Consumer Rights Law (Law No. 6502) applies; in digital subscriptions, regulations in accordance with the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Law No. 6563) and the Law on Consumer Protection (Law No. 6502) apply.
1.4. As a payment infrastructure, all amounts received from users are collected securely via PayTR. In return processes, the refund process is also carried out via PayTR.
2. Physical Product Purchase: Cancellation and Return Policy
2.1. Cancellation Before Order
The Member can cancel the order until he/she clicks the “Confirm Order” button on the Order Summary page before the payment process is completed.
If you have clicked the "Confirm Order" button and been directed to the payment process, the order cannot be canceled directly; after this stage, it is necessary to initiate the return process.
2.2. Cayma Hakkı ve İade Talebi (14 Gün)
2.2.1. Legal Basis:

Pursuant to Articles 48-54 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Members have the right of withdrawal for physical product purchases within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
2.2.2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal:
The withdrawal period starts from the date the Member receives the product. If the products in an order containing more than one product are delivered on different dates, the withdrawal period is calculated as 14 days from the last delivery date.
The Member who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must submit a “Refund Request” to edverd.com via e-mail (info@edverd.com) or via the Site account → Support Request section within the withdrawal period.
In the return request; your name, order number, product name and reason for return (optional) must be stated.
2.2.3. İade Koşulları:
Your refund request will be processed if the following conditions are met:
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with the same packaging, labels and box contents (user manual, warranty certificate, accessories, invoice, etc.) as when it was received.
The product box or packaging must not be damaged, and there must not be any physical deformation, scratches or signs of use on the product. Wearing it for trial purposes and examining it with bare hands is acceptable; however, if there is wear, cut, breakage, stain or damage to the product, your return request may be rejected.
The product return shipment must be delivered to the cargo company at the latest by the end of the withdrawal period, under the "Member's Responsibility". The shipping fee (except for Edverd.com's stock error or sending the wrong product) belongs to the Member.
2.2.4. Return Process and Refund:
After your return request is received, edverd.com customer services will send a return approval e-mail within 2 business days. This e-mail includes the return address and shipping invoice or receipt request information.
The member returns the product according to the address and conditions specified in the return confirmation e-mail.
After the product reaches the return address, a visual and functional inspection (product inspection, packaging, accessory deficiency, etc.) is carried out within 3 business days. If no irregularity is found in the inspection; edverd.com refunds the refund amount to the same card or bank account via PayTR within 5 business days.
In case of loss or damage caused by the cargo company; the Member will deal directly with the cargo company, while edverd.com will provide the necessary documentation and information support to assist.
2.2.5. Items Covered by the Return Fee:

2.2.6. İade Dışında Kalan Haller:
If the product is out of production that requires assembly or an alternative order (customized) (personalized printing, tailored sewing, etc.), returns will not be accepted in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 stating that "the consumer's right of withdrawal cannot be exercised".
Products that have been opened in violation of hygiene conditions or whose packaging has been damaged (e.g. cosmetics, underwear, piercing jewelry, etc.) are not included in the return scope.
3. Digital Subscription Services: Cancellation and Refund Conditions
3.1. İptal Hakkı
3.1.1. Abonelik İptali:
Members can cancel their digital subscriptions at any time by clicking on the “My Account → Subscription Management → Cancel My Subscription” button.
The cancellation will apply to the next renewal period, depending on the date and time the cancellation request is submitted. For example, if you cancel a monthly renewal subscription on June 15, 2025, on June 20, 2025, you will not be charged for July 2025; the June 2025 period applies, and content will continue to be available until the end of June.
3.1.2. Automatic Renewal of Subscription:
The subscription is automatically renewed on the same day each month, starting from the initial purchase date, via the remote payment (card-on-file) method defined via PayTR.
If the User makes the cancellation request at the latest by the end of the current period, subsequent monthly payments will be stopped.
3.2. Return Conditions
3.2.1. Dijital İçerik İade Politikası:
In accordance with the relevant articles of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, there is no right to a refund if the digital content (subscription content, e-book, video training, etc.) is in the "execution or access" phase.
Therefore; the user gains access to the digital service (video, e-book, test, etc.) as soon as the subscription is purchased; once the access has started, refund requests are not accepted.
3.2.2. Free Trial and Discounted First Month (If Available):
If the Site offers a free trial or discounted “first month” campaign for a specific subscription plan, the fee for that month will not be refunded if the first month is actively used; access to the content will be provided during the free trial period.
If the cancellation request is made before the end of the free trial or first month, you will be prevented from being charged for the next period.
3.2.3. Timely Return Condition:
The subscription can be subject to a refund request "until the end time of the period in which it is valid". Example: A subscription that starts at 20:00 on June 10, 2025 is considered open to a refund request until 23:59 on July 10, 2025.
You must submit your refund request via the “My Account → Subscription Management → Refund Request” form. Once the request is approved, the refund amount will be refunded to the same card/bank account via PayTR within 10 business days.
3.2.4. Cancellation and Refund Process Example:
June 15, 2025 12:00: Monthly subscription purchased (payment completed via PayTR).
June 20, 2025 09:00: A cancellation request was created by clicking the "Cancel My Subscription" button. In this case; No fee will be charged again on July 10, 2025; The June period (June 15 - July 10, 2025) is valid.
July 9, 2025 18:00: The “Refund Request” form has been filled out and the request has been sent. The refund request will be accepted until July 10, 2025 23:59; when the request is approved, the fee paid for the period June 15 – July 10, 2025 will be refunded.
July 11, 2025: The refund request cannot be processed because the refund period (July 10, 2025 23:59) has passed.
3.3. Non-Refundable Situations
There is absolutely no refund of the fee for the period in which access to digital content is initiated and used.
The Company may monitor the use of the content made available to prevent unjust benefits that may harm user rights; if the content is used extensively according to the specified rules, the refund request will be rejected.
Inability to access digital content due to third-party software or browser incompatibilities does not require a refund or reactivation right. In such technical problems, the user can contribute to the solution of the problem by contacting the Site support (info@edverd.com).
4. Evaluation of Cancellation and Refund Requests
4.1. Application and Approval Process

Talep uygun bulunursa; iade süreci 3 iş günü içinde başlatılır. Uygunsuz bulunursa, sebep açıkça belirtilerek talep reddedilir.
4.2. Return Approval and Refund Process
In approved refund requests, the refund amount will be refunded via PayTR using the same payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 5 business days.
In PayTR refund transactions, the card refund is reflected as “+REFUND” on the credit card statement; IBAN information is requested for bank transfer refunds.
4.3. Return Documents and Contact
For physical product returns, the courier company receipt or cargo tracking number is sent to Customer Services to be used as the return reference number.
For digital subscription returns; the “Return Request Form” and the reference number in the confirmation e-mail from Customer Services are sufficient.
5. Non-Refundable or Restricted Return Cases
5.1. For Physical Products:
Returns that have been opened, have worn labels or warranties, are missing box contents, or have physical deformation on the product are not accepted.
“Custom Made” products (customized printing, tailored sewing, etc.) are not eligible for return due to hygiene and production processes.
“Opened for Consumer Package” products (cosmetics, underwear, piercing jewelry, etc.) cannot be returned due to hygiene rules.
5.2. For Digital Subscriptions:
The “right of return” ends as soon as the subscription is made available to access digital content.
After a term of use has expired (for example, until the end of the monthly term), a refund request cannot be made.
6. Disclaimer and Legal Basis
6.1. Legal Basis:
14-day right of withdrawal for physical products: Articles 48–54 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
Restriction on the right of withdrawal in digital content: Article 10 of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and Annex No. 25471 of the Law No. 6502.
Return and refund procedures: Article 10/2 of Law No. 6502 (Content that becomes accessible when the consumer makes a purchase without making a declaration).
6.2. Disclaimer:
edverd.com does not accept liability for delays or damages resulting from user error, technical failures or third party failures (bank system failures, cargo company delays, etc.).
Delays in the refund process may be due to PayTR and cargo partnership or bank approval processes; in these cases, edverd.com will endeavor to speed up the process by working in coordination with the relevant institutions.
